Work culture is good. We can leave the office sharp at 5.30 PM.. no one will ask you anything

Job security - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

They don't train you at all.. they will tell you to learn from senior and the seniors wont teach even 1% of what you have to be taught. No knowledge transfer among the employees at all.. new joinee has to suffer in the beginning until he learns his job

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
