Only on time Salary, rather than there is nothing to be like. Mr. Ravi Todi is a good Visionary Leader but sir, You should add Vigilance section in your company. Some people of your organization is not trust worthy.

1) Poor HR management section and bad HR policy, Note- There is no Sick Leave in this company, only you get 30 leave yearly after probation period ( Probation period may- 1 year) 2) There are some STD( Service till death) people work here- company things that they are the asset but they are eating the company from inside. 3) Safety Section is a joke in this company, They provide Job to a HSE person for complying with leagal compliance. 4) Few Incompetent Person setting at Top management in this company. Company should check There skills before giving them promotion. 5) Reimbursement may take 5-6 month for your travel expenses or you may not get that. 6) Promotion only given to credit chor & foot licking people.
