Poor Management in Projects, One Man Leading the company Rest others are just holding the post, Very Poor Culture, Huge Politics in higher management, as a result Juniors are being blamed. Work life balance is not there, long working hours, and poorly paid and that salary too is not paid regularly, sometimes a gap of 15 to 20 days or so.
