Company has not even given the salary of there employees since last 2 month & they had taken a sign on the letter of resignation saying that we are converting the company into 2 parts but even after 2 month still we are awaiting for the same that company will give us our salaries.

Salary is good but recently alot of salaries are getting delayed and even payout is not being released for Builder and for the same reason alot of relations have been spoilt. A lot ofPeople are leaving this organisation and joining competetor n banks. SOME SENIOR PEOPLE HAVE ALOO LEFT THE ORGANIZATION

Salary is held. CP payout is taken by some employee and CLUSTER HEAD which is why there has been terrible accounting goofups. They dont know where the money is going. For a company to stop payout worth Crs and hold salary of almost 800 employee makes me wonder how badly did they fffuuucccckkk up.

There is nothing to like about the organization since it has caused lot of imbalance in terms of professional and work life balance.

I Joined the organization in the month of Aug'22 for initial few months salaries were paid but since Nov'22 they have not paid any salaries till March 23, because of which many suffered emotionally and psychological, they kept giving false promises and at last started their downfall.
