British Council has always put a step forward to analyse talents and place them accordingly which give total satisfaction and self motivated

Dislikes

Disadvantage to an extent would be the salary. Since it's affiliated with Cambridge so economically the institution is in a high end and so I personally expect an high income (let's say 25+ as a starting salary).

My work is to assist the children inside and outside the class, especially help them physically and mentally. Moreover I was taking calls to promote the summer classes.

Small thinking management. Lot of politics, No professionalism. Any body can be the head of any department which is the draw back this organisation. If a person is from accounts they are heading IT team & you can imagine what would be the future of the team & organisation.

Nothing new to learn. There is nothing technical here. Company has finance crisis so not recommended to join as they do not have any upcoming assignments.

however if u work in OSM u will deak with micromanagers(TLs) except few othere are under qualified and try to over smart you . Where. Senior Manager are very good. If they really want to fix and grow there OSM department they really need to fix there TL as they r worst of worst. Persons.
