BEWARE! No increment or bonus since 2019 in this organisation. Managing director and Process managers very smartly show high savings to British council by not paying the exact salary agreed by the Stakeholders and pay lowest salary in market value to their employees. They don't even follow payband salary structure. For example, they do not pay the minimum salary of paybands 4 and 5 to employees and lie about policies all the time. There is no retention policy in place and utter disrespect and politics in Shared services center. They will keep changing your designation but the pay will remain same no matter what....Read More
