They hired few wrong person in Management, also couple of tenured employee in management are in Politics and that create complete toxic environment in Finance department. Pre-covid, this was the one of the best organisation to work

It was a very good company till 2019 but since that no appraisal, no skill development, no training. Management is so poor, not able to take any decision, job security is a big concern for employees.
