This organisation has given lot of trouble to their employees specially since the inception of lockdown. Worst and pathetic management senior leadership is also pathetic they have never supported anyone this is general feedback not personally actually.

Dislikes

If you are someone who loves to innovate while working then this place is not for you because your managers would be jealous of you. So better watch out. Rest leaves and payout and working with peers is okay along watch out for leadership they really ruin your career and you are someone who loves to show that you are busy and working and actually not doing anything then in that case this place is heaven on earth for you....Read More

UK company, trainings are too good, but work is not satisfactory, company needs a lot of process improvements, managers depend on their sub ordinates, and wait till last moment surprise escalations.
