During this lockdown British Council has supported in terms of monetary especially. I am thankful for that at least like others they haven't stopped our salaries & didn't ask anyone to leave the organisation. We are greatful we still have work and chances to grow further 😊

Dislikes

There is nothing like we should dislike about our organization. It is upto the employee and organisation as well, how they manage to work together🙂

It was a wonderful experience working with British Council. I believe there is no good or bad company in the market. It is the employees and leadership of the company who makes a difference. I worked in HR Shared Services of British council and got exceptionally talented colleuges and managers. There is a work life balance.

Dislikes

There is nothing I want to mention here as my overall experience was satisfactory but yes they can work on introducing incentives or perks which I thought was missing.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
