Working in BrightChamps, I feel like I am growing my skills in my family. Here, everyone is supportive; there is a wide range of panel who supervises and guides our tasks with motivation and positive vibration. We are highly appreciated when we teach well and do something good for the company. We have awesome encouraging team leaders who guide us on every step no matter what is the time. To talk about the company, BrightChamps is an Ed-tech company aiming to empower kids with technological knowledge and nourish their innate abilities. I do not dislike anything here. Starting from hiring to working here as Coding Educator; I really appreciate Brightchamps family. BrightChamps is clear on its mission, vision, and dreams, and I support and respect it.

I work as a Coding Educator in BrightChamps. As a coding educator, my primary job is to teach my kids about Technology and Coding using the platforms such as Scratch, Thunkable, Edublocks for Block-based coding, Python

I am working in Brightchamps since June. Environment and culture is so good, all staff is supportive. Team lead always motivate us to increase our performance. It is a best place to make a career. Company policies are also good.

Dislikes

Still i didn't face any problem in Brightchamps. Environment is so supportive. But one suggestion will be there from me..is leave policy is little bit complicated, I think there should be a paid leave for paid classes.

It is a nice experience with BrightCHAMP. Initially I struggled little bit, because system was new for me. But in a short period I was familiar with Brightchamps. It is a good platform to make a career.

Timings are totally flexible which is fully dependent on us. Also according to our availability we are taking classes and we are getting our pay. So if we take more class more pay. On time salary and if any issues over salary it is been taken care of. Team leads are supportive, festive games and events take s place to relax ourselves.

Dislikes

Unexpected team meets at unexpected time which is betterment for us but sometimes it is exhausted when we take too many classes at a stretch. At some point we get targets which needs to be fulfilled

I liked work culture of bright Champs .Training sessions were good

Working hours .Teaching 6 classes a day or more is hectic .Training timings .Also they should consider leaves though ots work from home.
