They talk. They simply talk. It feels very good to listen to their hypothetical and philosophical statements.

They will keep telling you lies. The HR and Managers are worst people to go to. HR told me that lets play a game, you defend yourself and I will defend the Manager.

If you don't have projects, tell the hires that there is no project. Don't keep telling that there are many things coming and till then, you work on other technology.

No definite vision.They will hire you based on your role and then give you anything else. And when you will go back to manager saying that you are not working on your area of expertise, he will ask you to start an initiative where you will start training people on the domain you are expert in. Because they don't have any project on the skill based on which you were hired.

The company is open to innovation and radical thinking. It has now created good name and presence in the limited time across India in the analytics field. The work culture is good and you will always find different ways to improve your skills. The appraisal was also good this time because of the exponential growth of the company.

Dislikes

The things which i dislike about the company is there isn't many perks. The company is situated in bangalore and is a one floor setting. We cant find good cafeteria, no cab services, not many team outings and very limited work from home policy.
