Nothing. You need to be a relative of a permanent employee of the company to be able to function. Secondly your designation is on paper only. Any junior permanent employee can dictate terms/ complain about your work etc and the Management will be on the permanent employee's side.

Dislikes

Corruption. From ground level to top. From operators/technicians to top level. It's culture of corruption. Either you become a part of the chain or remain like a pariah. Everything goes - from a bottle of alcohol to cash - depending on your position in the company. I have never seen corruption so bluntly practised as a company culture.
