No any Job security, No as such team to explore the things. Less skilled people are sitting in marketing team and leading as well. Don't have plan and trust on employees. The work Pressure is low . There is absolutely no learning, less exposure, extremely poor work culture, unqualified staff/ colleagues. It's just a shop. Terming it a Company would be wrong. It's simply not worth joining. The staff who is working is working only because they are not able to find another job for your self.
