I like about the Bfpl is that it is the hub of learning and prepare yourself to the next level. we are the manufacturer of winkies brand cakes. The company is all set with the various machine's along with multipack packing machines. If you are a fresher then It would be the best thing you have here for 1-2 year. I have learn so many things in this journey and I think it will help me further.

Dislikes

1st of all I would like to say that the salary is very poor . Career growth is also very poor and that's why I am looking for a better company. I attend 12 hours shift in a day ,also sometimes I worked for 13-14 hours in a day, so it was very painful. I never neglect my job responsibilities and I shall continue whenever I should be here.

Work Details

My job role is tuffest. I worked for 12-14 hours in a day. I manage a shift for 12 hours and handle all the work activities including production processes,production planning, quality maintaining, machine activity along with manpower handling.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
