Worst experience ever. Forget about work-life balance. Salaries are never paid. FnF is never paid. They owe a lot of money to all of their employees. They will make your life miserable. They talk of niche technologies but in truth they are working on older technology.

Job stability. As they can't hire easily so they don't fire easily. If you don't have any other options in life then pls go ahead. Just note that Boston Analytics and Espalier.ai are same.

Salary delays. And it's perpetual. They don't do appraisals and promotions. Only namesake. People are stuck at same role and designations for years. They defaulted on payments to vendors. On employees salaries. To have a clean slate launched another company/brand Espalier.ai. Beware!!

Good in terms of learning but that can be achieved anywhere if you intent to work seriously

Unclear management which uses foul language at work in between meetings. They do not welcome better approaches to work but instead would rely on conventional findings to deliver outcomes. Very poor!!!
