There is no job security at Bosch, as they hire employees through third-party payroll companies and treat them like daily laborers. They increase work pressure, and if an employee raises concerns, the manager escalates the issue to the third-party company, which can result in the employee being fired immediately.

I think work-life balance should be a priority for any organization, and the Indian government should consider creating guidelines to promote it across industries, as it can significantly improve employee wellbeing, productivity, and overall retention rates.
