Work culture is worst, many of the managers are sitting over 15+ years in the same company. They don't know the latest technologies and its challenges. They feel like owners of the company. They won't allow us to grow next level.

There’s plenty of scope to learn through the company’s learning Center programs. They have an auto approval of leaves and time corrections.

Dislikes

The scope to grow within the organisation is low. Promotions are unheard of even after showing good performance. Many people stay in the same level for many years. Except for the last 2 years, the salary hikes have been below standards.
