Likes

I think that I am so lucky to work in Bosch Automotive Electronics for last one year. Here I found a good co-operation of work in all departments, and also good team work. I was worked in NhP1 plant, I found an appreciable quality concept here. I think that my experience will definitely help me for the growth of my professional life as well as personal life.

I don' t have any experience which make me dislike.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I think work-life balance should be a priority for any organization, and the Indian government should consider creating guidelines to promote it across industries, as it can significantly improve employee wellbeing, productivity, and overall retention rates.
