5S and Standard in working place,and good communication - supportive teem's. and also food, safety.

Dislikes

Need to change for contract bases employees to on roll. I don't have any objections at my working place.

My office is based in gurugram Cyber City. I am expert in highway design along with dynamo automation and I am having a compensation package of 9.5Lpa. I want to ask shall I switch to another MNC for salary growth or not ?
