For learning and exposure it is the best company i have ever been and a true Leader Snehal Sir and many others ,if you get the best leadership you have limitless to learn from BOSCH .

Dislikes

Never come under this Boss Chintan Parikh and RM Shailendra Shah. HR is powerful but his words -efforts is useless only results matter . Under this Boss Chintan Parikh you could only learn buttering zero learnings and support from him. RM Shailendra Shah is a worst person and a boss i have ever seen in my career with Worst behaviour and negative mindset

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
