Good work environment and culture . Company policy are good Job security is safe Working safety is good and quality is excellent 👍 management also good Company security and canteen nice

Dislikes

Theere is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Onthe job training is not given to new joinees

I think work-life balance should be a priority for any organization, and the Indian government should consider creating guidelines to promote it across industries, as it can significantly improve employee wellbeing, productivity, and overall retention rates.
