It was enjoyable because of the agency's emphasis on creativity and innovation as well as its cooperative team atmosphere and brainstorm sessions. when you work in a start-up company you really enjoy because you are a call away from your client for knowing them and understanding them, you get to do more than you used to do which is very positive.

Dislikes

being a startup company they don't have HR or a person who takes care of team activities all though they are always open for suggestions. and they work on 1st and 5th Saturday which is very depressing to start or end the month,
