The company has a very open, innovative and very easy going attitude towards employees. It has one of the best innovator molecules in the field of diabetes,stroke and oncology. The company is very linient towards employees. Also they carry out many extra curricular activities and sessions giving extra knowledge base.

Dislikes

Terrible politics, poor job security. Managers are horrible in managing people especially those still on manager level. Politics make the workplace really horrible to work. Once you are targeted you lose all the opportunities in career growth and learning. Hope the upper management takes some action in this. Some managers are not even qualified appropraitely for their position.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
