This practice led to an environment where the organization is largely run by interns, with only handful of experienced employees remaining. Full-time employees often fear sharing knowledge with interns to avoid being replaced, creating a toxic and unstable workplace. Such practices not only damage employees' morale but also derail their careers. Worst HR department, particularly for not being responsive when it comes to post-resignation documents. work life balance is quite good here as I am working from home permantly, I can work extra in my comfort zone as its working hours are flexible, culture wise also good, you will get a lot more learnings while working.

Salary and promotions are not as good, you have to work harder and same time you have to be visible on managment eyes then probably will get good hike and promotions, as If I talk about personally I work hard and also get good ratings from my lead but in appraisal from it changes to average so I have assumed my visibilty is less due to work from home so I get very less increment. I loved working at this place I would suggest you if you are going you must be effiecient to collaborate with different -different developer ,and be ready match their coding style otherwise work will not approved for merging and get delayed without reason all all other developer expect that you will work same as he or she does .

I really hate the thing is that PR of codes and it it is very strict ,sometimes you do same as other person did but in your case code is redundant
