Good facilities, no in-out time boundation from HR.

Dislikes

Not worth it. They just offer you good food, so called good work environment, make fake promises for appraisals and give a count of multiple perks. No job security at all, they just look every employee as an intern even if you are a full time. A pathetic experience of my life. Team lead can force you to come immediately office and want that you spend your time in office as long as you can.

An organizations that undervalue their employees, engage in frequent hire and fire practices, and foster a culture of micromanagement. they frequently hire interns, and convert them to full-time roles after 6-12 months, and then replace them with newly recruited interns. This practice led to an environment where the organization is largely run by interns, with only handful of experienced employees remaining. Full-time employees often fear sharing knowledge with interns to avoid being replaced, creating a toxic and unstable workplace. Such practices not only damage employees' morale but also derail their careers. Worst HR department, particularly for not being responsive when it comes to post-resignation documents. My advice: If you find yourself in such an organization prioritize leaving as soon as you secure a full-time role. This is the harsh truth of how some companies operate.

work life balance is quite good here as I am working from home permantly, I can work extra in my comfort zone as its working hours are flexible, culture wise also good, you will get a lot more learnings while working.

Dislikes

Salary and promotions are not as good, you have to work harder and same time you have to be visible on managment eyes then probably will get good hike and promotions, as If I talk about personally I work hard and also get good ratings from my lead but in appraisal from it changes to average so I have assumed my visibilty is less due to work from home so I get very less increment. It could be change from another persons its just my assumption.
