I never felt too burden with my work but it is common to have more work at least twice a month other than that it is a perfect team to work with.

I dislike the RTO 😅 other than that everything is perfect, now with the market correction the salary is also very good for freshers.

It was good before but after Robin Vince the culture is getting worst. People are being fired left right and centre. They hire and they fire. They don't know what they are doing. Facilities. Company take care of you. However your middle level management doesn't.

No work life balance, 8.5 hours of working in office and after that 2-3 hours of working from home after reaching home just to complete your BAU, no OT, full pressure from team lead and management, saturday working from 12 to 8 pm without OT if you ask for OT they will show you your performance and tell you that you don't meet the criteria by their standards. Performance cycle Shift timings as projects has been from US based the shift timings are not suitable for all Cab services need to be improved Employees need to be trained in a subjective way As they mention HYBRID model based they never follow and that cycles change very frequently

It's a good bank with top management trying their best to turn around the company.

1. Company has hire and fire policy. Worst thing is people are fired to hide short coming of senior management. 2. CEO Robin Vince is trying hard to turn the company culture around but almost at every level politics and unprofessional people have taken over. They only show superficial work. They constantly target and fire people who are genuinely working for good of the company.
