Work culture and environment is fine. Management are supportive and transparent. Hike and bonus every year is decent.

Dislikes

There are slow growth rate. There is a lot of politics with less identification of resolution on issue.

Reputed bank, follows good practice. Salary they offer is not at par. But you get decent hike 8-9 % every year.

Dislikes

Even after promotion salary bracket doesn't change. Also, salary structure is not good to save the tax

Pay scales are as per industry standards but can be improved in order to retain good performers French culture is not as aggressive as American culture which has its pros and cons, sometimes things move very slower than anticipated (transition plans etc)
