I have worked at this company for a few years now and I must say, the company culture is one of the best I have experienced. The environment is inclusive and collaborative. The company is also innovative, constantly looking for new and better ways to do things. Another great aspect of working at this company is the work-life balance. The management encourages employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which makes it easier to focus on both personal and professional goals. Speaking of management, the leadership within the company is supportive and approachable, which is really great. The managers are communicative and effective in their roles, making it easier for employees to get the support they need. Health insurance offered is also best compared to service based companies. When it comes to career growth and development, there are plenty of opportunities available. The company provides training, mentorship, and other resources to help employees grow professionally. This makes it possible for employees to advance in their careers and develop new skills. Finally, the compensation and benefits offered by the company are competitive and fair in comparison to industry standards. The only disadvantage I see is that employees are overloaded with work. You wouldn't get much free time and you'd be in front of your screen doing work continuously. I've noticed that some folks hardly wake up from their chairs to take a break since the workload is too much!

One challenge I experienced at BMC software was related to management policies and the decision-making process. In some instances, it felt like decision were primarily made by managers whith limited input from employees. This top-down approch sometimes led to lack of transparency and made it difficult for employees to feel valued orheard. additionally, there seemed to be minimal involvement from Hr in addressing employee concerns, which affected overall morale. Nothing great, just if you want a job without any stress and want to chill then go here. Otherwise there is nothing challenging or learning or growth. Just do the tasks boss gives you and then go away. And if you want to work in a fancy office.

- Managers will get promoted no matter how much you raise your voice to the HRs even in case of torture - The salaries aren't revised as per market rate - Even after being an old brand, the job safety has gone away comparatively since acquition by the KK bank - No great appraisals - There will be a process & template which you will have work on for years and years, where there will be really less scope to learn anything. Just become a robot that does its job as trained and go home. No real feedback of innovation and growth will be taken up....Read More
