Bakwaas company,na koi decisions le sakte ho, na, politics from bottom till top, purane log purane khayal. Kill throat competition. The one who is gaining others just on the back seat. Everyone feels helpless, less scope in favour of middle & lower management.

Senior people are gansters. They will treat new joiners as if they own the company and you will treated like nothing. Zero tolerance towards error, a single error and then they will treat like prey. As per policy wfh is there , but no one is allowed to take wfh as per roster. They don't know how to treat or value their employees. Pathetic work culture I have ever seen. So much manual work is here. They promote late sitting for employees .
