Primary Responsibilities

• Inspect and Assess Systems: Regularly inspect and assess the functionality of various utility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, water, heating, and cooling systems, screw compressor, Screw chiller,pumps
• Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and checking fluid levels
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Carry out troubleshooting techniques and repair works when malfunctions or breakdowns occur
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Order Parts: Order spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair tasks
• Safety and Efficiency Testing: Test utility systems to ensure safety and efficiency
• Documentation: Record and document maintenance and repair works for future reference
• System Upgrades: Recommend system upgrades or replacements to increase efficiency
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments or teams to coordinate repair and maintenance tasks

Mandatory and Key Skills to Required to performing the Job

• Strong knowledge in the operation of maintenance of Screw compressors, Screw Chillers,HVAC,Air handling units,pumps,Blowers
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, and mechanical systems design and operation
• Experience with preventive maintenance and energy management programs
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Expertise in Excel

Knowledge on PLC programming
