When the company was managed by experienced professionals, you know, as an MNC, it was fantastic. Now, under Indian management, the work environment has deteriorated. The management is poor, and the managers lack technical expertise. They don't understand how the product works or how engineers fix it; they're only focused on KPIs and charts. Company gone from superb to shit

I have worked at this company for a few years now and I must say, the company culture is one of the best I have experienced. The environment is inclusive and collaborative. The company is also innovative, constantly looking for new and better ways to do things. Another great aspect of working at this company is the work-life balance. The only disadvantage I see is that employees are overloaded with work. You wouldn't get much free time and you'd be in front of your screen doing work continuously. I've noticed that some folks hardly wake up from their chairs to take a break since the workload is too much!

People are very friendly from other teams so you focus on upskilling while interacting directly with other teams you want to get into. The management is quite happy to push you forward to your desired roles

They don't have remote for for technical support and work is mostly password resets and lockouts, no admin access to o365

Nothing great, just if you want a job without any stress and want to chill then go here. Otherwise there is nothing challenging or learning or growth. Just do the tasks boss gives you and then go away. And if you want to work in a fancy office.

- Managers will get promoted no matter how much you raise your voice to the HRs even in case of torture - The salaries aren't revised as per market rate - Even after being an old brand, the job safety has gone away comparatively since acquition by the KK bank - No great appraisals - There will be a process & template which you will have work on for years and years, where there will be really less scope to learn anything. Just become a robot that does its job as trained and go home. No real feedback of innovation and growth will be taken up....Read More

While company is a leading employer with many strengths, addressing areas of improvement could enhance employee experince, by not mandating certain amount of work from office hours and flexible remote working, as its a market culture these days which does not effect individual work.

I have been working with BMC from past 2 years and I am truly impressed by the collaborative culture, approachable leadership who are receptive to feedbacks and unique benefits. The benefit package offerings like gym & sporting equipment, pet care, Go-green Initiatives are truly outstanding.

Overall BMC is good company but if you are in BMC SAAS department then you are in nuisance. Management think that just moving people here and there and firing them from JOB is their work and getting salary for it. New joiners are getting frustrated here within 3-4 months.
