pros: Good learning curve(for data centric professionals). Good work life balance.

cons: Management are real headache. They failed to bring any projects to company which is why they laying off people. Human Resource team are real pain for the company. They act like they own the company and can punish whosever they want.

I take care of lots of stuff – be it developing document, analyzing the process, testing and modifying the systems and getting along with the further operations. Salary will never be on time. In june they have given only half salary and that too in the 4th week of the month. we are waiting for the rest half. It is normal here. They have fired 35 percent workforce. This is also normal because they have done this in the past many times. Please talk with the employees before joining the company. Here people are confused.

Likes are not for the company but for the team I was working with. Good Work life balance, salary on time only when they want to give you, only demands work.

Dislikes

HRs are pretty much confused, keeps developers on bench for long time , layoff is habit and a only solution tweak for HRs, still have not received salary for month of July and after layoffs they marked employee attendance on Non-paid leaves without prior notice to avoid giving full and final salaries to laid off employees.

This workplace has good work culture with a lively environment. I regularly create regional sales strategies and set targets in line with company’s business goals. It’s a challenging role, but I like to do it. Management is encouraging one, they are the one that helps me stay focus and proactive with my performance, delivering the best results.

We do have fun activities from time to time. These activities are organized with an intent to help us relax, from our routine stressful work schedule and let everyone enjoy them. It’s the time when we all spend quality time together by getting involved in enjoyable activities. Love this practice.

Project that we work on here are not that easy, most of the time they are challenging and requires deep analysis and study.

Flexible timing is a big help for working women like me. It lets me manage both home and office tasks well. I can adjust my schedules as needed, whether that means staying late or coming in early. As long as the work gets done on time, it's all good.

I've worked on lots of projects here, especially ones using the latest tech like big data and data science. The company is open to new ideas and technologies. I truly embrace this opportunity as the projects that I have worked on have taught me a lot.
