Decent salary and supportive management. There are less working pressures as compare to other competitors. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but no career growth. No appraisal. Training sessions can be more advance.

An organization and group worth its salt. Great culture and lot of learning since I started from day one of B2C outlook. The industry is though very nascent and needs time to settle and there can be turbulence as mkt is season centric in India , but it opens a whole lot to start from scratch and build on a healthy organization in Toto. Umpteen opportunities

Dislikes

There can be lot of frustration in non seasonal period which lasts 9 months and that is too long a time.
