A very immatured approach of the Management. No clear vision. Because of being ownerless organization, there is no proper directives and professional approaches. The company does not know where it would be 5 years down the line. The business is going ahead because of the brand name. Everything are shown absolutely nothing but a hoaxtheory. A beaseless management practices and lack of professionalism. All employee oriented approaches are shown in policy but not in reality. A very non professional organization. Old traditional minded people. There is no proper system for the billing & tracking. No work life balance. Politics. Doesn't matter how effectively you work here they will always blame you. Unskilled people at maneger level because they are here from long time.

One of the third class organisation. I have been worked with blue dart as a customer service executive. At my tenure I haven't seen any HR because everything control by manager. Even if the person left the company no HR come and ask you why you leaving the organisation. Manager (Seema) was one of the third class person you are been working under. Company always give opportunity for growth within the team instead of hiring from outside. Perks and benefits are very good, team work and company always taken care of employees. Company paid COVID bonus in 2 years around Rs 30k and always paid salary on 30th/31st even during COVID.
