One of the third class organisation. I have been worked with blue dart as a customer service executive. At my tenure I haven't seen any HR because everything control by manager. Even if the person left the company no HR come and ask you why you leaving the organisation. Manager (Seema) was one of the third class person you are been working under. There is no growth, no benefit. If you are one who can follow chatu culture than prefer you to join the organisation....Read More
They can kick us out of the company any time if we stand against or question for our promotion. They don't keep us for our good performance nor we are appraised for it. They play political games among employees. I would like to mention the name of my manager who just insulted me without any reason and terminated. Her name is Ms. Payal.
