Nothing, earlier the work culture was pretty good but sine the merger with Zomato happened, Zomato's culture has taken over in all the departments and it's completely disappointing now.

The internal politics, peanuts in increments, no diwali bonus, HRs won't give a damn about your issues. Everything about the work culture at Zomato & Blinkit in the social media is a myth or lie being spread.

Very bad culture here, operation team will blame you all the time and there are two people Mohit Bagaria and Arkyojyoti Basak for both of them most of the employees living this company. Arkyojyoti is a very very bad person who humiliate you all the time used slang against you and Mohit who is good for nothing but he has only show off.
