Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before wich you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Grofers provides sufficient work place, on time payouts for special allowances resources and the quick approvals. As well as management keeps very transparent communication with team members.

Dislikes

There is lots of partially. Criticism and complaints between the team members. Few New Hired senior managers starts unless firings to keep himself in highlight.

Work Details

It was a great experience. Grofers give me a great financial and mental supports during my working days. I am just 12 passed person but many team members called me as "Sir" and that is my real income, which I never can repay to Grofers.
