Working in Grofers was awesome, learned a lot and also developed skill but since SK resigned as a co-founder, Grofers aka Blinkit run by Albi went from hero to 0 in no time. Blinkit never bothers to value his employees, there is no job security at all. People hired today can get terminated 2 days later. I have seen this while working in that company. People who worked hard to built the company and the brand name were terminated without any reasons. Operation point of view - Security of job is nil . - Medical benefit is there but only 2 lakh that also not included your family . - No employee benefits . - Yearly holidays are clear . - HR policies are worst than imagine. - Work environment is pathetic. - Working hour normally 12 hour. - Weekly holidays is not fixed . - One personal view not suggest if you have another job/opportunity to join.
