Nothing, earlier the work culture was pretty good but sine the merger with Zomato happened, Zomato's culture has taken over in all the departments and it's completely disappointing now.

The internal politics, peanuts in increments, no diwali bonus, HRs won't give a damn about your issues. Everything about the work culture at Zomato & Blinkit in the social media is a myth or lie being spread.

Working at Blinkiy has provided me with an excellent experience. The processes are well-established, and the Central Team's data analysis capabilities are impressive. If there are any errors, we are able to identify and address them promptly. The work environment is supportive, and I have gained a wealth of knowledge during my time here. I feel equipped to manage all team members effectively
