Store wise management is not good, they do not allow anyone's to grow up in company 1. people are resigning back to back but no one is here to helpout 2. peoples are working scene from last 2/3 years but no one give attention to them in helping to grew up like captain to shift incharge or team leaders our Senior directly brings someone new who does not have any experience related to particular store operations management 3.our seniors are always maintains misunderstanding between 2/3 captains and telling them you are a senior captain / from today you are a team leader of our store / from today you are a shift incharge of our store separately after few days captains are fighting with mouth and argues that i am leader no i am a shift incharge TO DEAR HEAD OF MUMBAI BLINKIT if you are reading this message SIR i request you to look into it and help your captains to avoid resigning because of some bullshitting environment makers in company...Read More

Nothing, earlier the work culture was pretty good but sine the merger with Zomato happened, Zomato's culture has taken over in all the departments and it's completely disappointing now.
