They pay you very well so that you dont leave them even though frustrated. You wont get a high paying job like it so easily in a stable or a good company RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

If you work at Navi Mumbai office you have a good work life balance but that doesn’t last! Soon they will start calling you at Andheri office even tho your contract says Turbhe office. This is very your life start getting terrible at Blenheim Chalcot! And if you don’t accept to go to Andheri you will be fired same day and you have to handover the laptop.

If you are joining Blenheim then you have to join with acceptance that you can be fired any day without even single day notice! Yes ofc they will promise to give you two months salary which you probably will need to file a case to get it there!!

Management has lost their mind since 6 months. - They close wfh policy for some of the employees and asked them to come daily to the office no matter if someone dies while traveling they dont care. While some favourite employees get permanent wfh cause some hr or delivery manager is their friend - They have hire some new oversmart HR. Who calls people daily and ask them where they are working from? Like a teacher ask students about their homework - from 6 months no one is discussing about code quality, deployment, new processes, productivity or anything. Everyone is focus on how many hours i have completed, how many leaves i have, why that person got wfh and we dont? How are we going to travel from andheri to ulhasnagar after 10 pm today. Cause we work in a UK shift Management has just ruined all the productivity. I used to work here for 12 hrs a day but now i have to worry about traveling daily, should i get a seat today or not cause all the space has been already occupied. Some people dont Even have their fix places to seat. They have to carry their monitor each day and wait for 15 20 mins till the oversmart HR finds a place for them. Whoever is on leave on that day that person has to seat their. This is the level at these people are operating. Layoffs are coming and everyone knows it. People are just waiting to drop the paper.
