Projects are good. They are mostly uk based so working culture is nice.

Dislikes

Companies policies are very toxic. Strict work from office at very off hrs. Strict timings and they monitor. Almost like a school. When complained they remind you the documents you signed.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
