Promotion criteria is purely based on favouritism, if you are manager favourites your work get whitewashed and you will put for promotion. There is not log out time, you slog for 11-12 hours If you login at 8, you cannot log off by 9:30 or 10 pm it’s never ending. If you are sick, you cnt take sick leave untill you get hospitalised.
