Nothing. Do not judge a book by its cover.

Dislikes

No job security or professionalism at any level. The decisions taken in the morning meeting gets amended in the afternoon, Highly political environment. The authority is concentrated in the C.E.O and Business Controller only. No cultural, ethical or humanitarian values.

Work Details

Joined with a lot of expectations. Had to start from the scratch and work extra hours to achieve the goals. No appreciation or teamwork. Lot of discrimination in terms of nationality. Top management's follows the 'Use&Throw' policy and absolutely hopeless

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
