As per company rules we were not wearing socks then manager will say go out side and wear socks and come this type of silly reasons are there in company

Nothing was good there. I worked for 2 years and no body is there to resolve our issue what we are facing . If there is some problems then there is no solution. Because management is very poor . I had given resignation under pressure because in this epedemic covid 19 they were forcing us to come to office and work i dont know why they were doing all this thing everything was going good when we are working from home. No one is taking any kind of productive measures no one maintaining social distance there in cubicle also they were not sitting in a distance. Everybody sitting like they will sitting before. If you want to join as indexing associate don't do you will loose your health.and if you take more than one leave you will be terminated.they are saying that if you met with accedent you should tell someone who are trying to help you to take picture of you and send to respected persons if you want leave otherwise yoh will be terminated
