The owners have no clue of what is happening in the company but they are actually busy in reviewing hotel saloons and their personal pets. They treat pets as family but their employees as servants. One of them had an incident with uber/Ola and was very sound full about it on social media but was zipped when he was laying off his employees as they made a booboo of hiring an illogical Sales head who was supposed to take them to IPO but paved his way brilliantly to non profitability for them but now they are cutting costs by removing worthy candidates to save themselves .
