Overall a mean company that only thinks about their hand picked people. When they decide they don't need you they can even fire you for not keeping a cup at its place. They change their policies over night in order to take their decision. I would better call bitwise a bunch of family member company not a people's company, thanks.

Culture is good. Lot of other activities as well.

Dislikes

Hire and fire approach. Don't have lot of projects. They hire aggressively and after some months ask you to resign. Hr team is not that good very rude behaviour.

Joined as fresher and had best learning opportunities. Environment is happy and you want to learn more and more. Seniors were good and highly skilled.
