It was wrong career decision which I took while joining Bio Veda(Biotique). The company is simply pathetic and there is nothing good except high salary. In these tough times of Covid-19, company is laying off employees and hasn't paid full salary for front line staffs even for the month of March. There are only talks about firing people and salary cuts. No support in any form is available from company topline management....Read More

Dislikes

The company is driven by owner only and the owner only takes all the decisions. Other people are just following the owner's orders to protect their jobs. There is absolutely no work culture or work ethics present in the company. There are certain practices which are only available on this company and no other company in FMCG industry follow such bad practices in their company. In one word, if anyone wants to ruin their career and always want to leave in fear of losing his/her job just for the sake of high salary then only join this company....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
