Be careful of the fake promises from the hr and be cautious about the management. Don’t sign any bond or documents without lawyer’s authorisation. There will be snakes around the office, the management will say it’s because office is in jungle and not do anything. Not safe environment.

The senior management has some character issues. They will manipulate and abuse new employees, specially women. The HR is even worse. Beware of fake reviews and signing any agreements.

The only thing is they will pay salary on time

Company doesn’t give appraisal. Only 1% appraisal that too after 2 years. They promise performance but would never pay. They say cafeteria but there will be mouses and very unhygienic place. No coffee machine as well nothing. Also be aware of bonds they will make people sign toxic bonds by sweet talking and would force on legality. 1. Worst organisation to work for. 2. There is no occasion where you can say this position is going to give you some learning or development which you can utilise for your future jobs/assignments. 3. Worst management which is handled by a false-claimed scientist who knows nothing about any real invention or business or employee handling. 4. Developing defective products with very high prices to get all eggs at once as anyway they know that a few years are remaining of their life to live. 5. They can be fooled very easily with any information they found against the performers. 6. Majority of local employees are very expert in back-stabbing the outsiders. 7. No real R&D, just using old parts and convert a new system which nowhere works. 8. Hiring low grade managers to remove performers. 9. Very high level of internal politics. 10.
