The company operates under a highly unstable "hire and fire" policy. A central concern is the CEO, whose behavior has been widely described as unethical and dictatorial. Employees can be terminated abruptly without notice, and in many instances, the company does not provide legally mandated payments such as Provident Fund contributions, final settlements, or the last two months of salary. Serious allegations have also been raised regarding the company's business practices. Reagents imported from the U.S. are reportedly diluted with water and repackaged under the company’s brand, potentially compromising product integrity. Equipment such as the X-Matrix machines have also reportedly failed in performance, raising further concerns. The CEO is said to be involved in personal trading activities through the company and has created a toxic work environment by referring to himself as “God” in front of employees, fostering fear and discouraging accountability. Additionally, numerous employees have filed complaints and legal cases against the company, including labor disputes, fraud allegations, and other legal matters. Stay away from this company, and be healthy. Getting to know more people, since you get to see employees leave and new staff. Hire and fire policy.

It’s all conspiracy, employees who are with in the company for more than 3 years. Stay away from them since they try every possible way to fire you and they will stay in that position for very long time. They will not have any technical knowledge. The directs are very old and they don’t have any fun, so they keep harassing you veryfrequent by calling you at least 5-6 times and keep scolding. Especially the old woman. They don’t pay your 2 months salary when you leave the company and don’t get relieving letter. They will make you work on weekends and occasionally 10-11 hours a day during weeks....Read More

A fraud company. They have embezzled my PF and only deposited half the PF amount promised for few months, Not filed my TDS, Not giving Form 16 and Not paid my 1 month of salary.
